The non-governmental organisation (NGO) is also advocating the succession of Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo in 2015, in a bid to ensure continuity in the development process of the state.
According to Jalo, the Technology Incubation Centre, which is to be named after the State Governor’s wife, Hajiya Adama Hassan Dankwambo, will be cited in Yamaltu Deba Local Government Area and is expected to provide job to the teeming youths in the state.

Speaking during the launching of the “Talba House to House” Support Initiative and Empowerment Scheme and inauguration of the State Executive members yesterday, Jalo said, when established, the centre would train young people on computer technology, welding, electricity, tailoring and many small scale entrepreneurship ventures for self reliance.
According to him, his organisation is designed to promote good governance and fostering the continuation of the transformation of Gombe State by the Dankwambo-led administration.
He said the group is committed to promoting the spirit of self-reliance and entrepreneurship, empowerment, job creation and provision of industrial cities in Gombe state and the promotion of the gospel of Dankwambo’s transformation agenda.
He explained that the choice of Yamaltu-Deba council was because of the potential the Local Government has over other Local Government Areas in the state.
“We are going to create Hajiya Adama Hassan Dankwambo Technology Incubation centre in Yamaltu-Deba; we are starting with Yamaltu-Deba because of the potentials the local government has over other Local Government Areas in the state. Dadin kowa dam is there, the hydro electric company is also there and there are efforts by Dankwambo administration to put into use the Dadin kowa Dam so as to boost electricity supply to the entire North-eastern states”, he said.
“We will conduct a survey to determine the areas of individual interest so as to avoid the mistakes of the past whereby somebody who is not interested in tailoring and you take a sewing machine and give him or her, and immediately he goes out of the government house he sells the machine. We will make sure that we bring what people are interested in,” he said.
